Topsort’s advertising services are designed to protect user privacy, and only use pseudonymized information (which is information that does not directly identify you) to serve interest-based ads. Topsort Advertising does not keep data for longer than required for the purpose of providing its services, in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable laws.

Notice

In our customer’s marketplace, Topsort provides information about interest-based ads, including the type of information used to display those ads.

Access

Topsort advertising platform provides its customers and vendors with access to their advertising-related data through a real-time dashboard found on https://app.topsort.com/

Security and data management

Topsort advertising services have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for the collection, storage, transfer, and processing of data. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area by Topsort are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements, including standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.
