Vendor Payment

Vendors need to have a positive balance in their account to start running campaigns. To get started, they can either use auto-refill to set up recurring payments to keep the account filled or a one-time top-up.

Auto-refill

Auto-refill enables a vendor’s account balance to automatically refill to a set amount periodically. Auto-refill is an option only available to credit card users currently.

Wallet Top-Up

Vendors can use Wallet Top-ups to top-up their balance (which can go to negative) one time to a set amount. Vendors can choose which payment option to use: credit card or Boleto for Wallet Top-Ups.

Vendors can set the amount options available on-screen or a custom amount. Both features are powered through Stripe.
