Agents Control Room gives retailers a set of features to understand how AI agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) interact with their stores and act on what they learn.

Review sessions where agents purchased a product or left without buying. Depending on what the agent supports sharing, you can see what it requested, which product information it received, and whether your catalog answered its questions.

Find missing details that may have prevented a purchase, such as whether a jacket is machine washable. Catalog warnings highlight how often agents asked unanswered questions, the number of products affected, and severity. Suggested answers help your team fill those gaps, with the option to approve or reject each answer.

Create brand-funded offers for agents by choosing products, configuring a discount, and setting a budget. Then review associated orders, sales, and brand spend.

You can also block connections with specific agents, and set access rules for unverified agents or identified price scrapers.
