Topsort supports both self-service and managed-service in-store campaign management.

## Campaign Creation

Self-service vendors create campaigns in the **In-Store** tab. Marketplace users create campaigns under **Ad Formats > In-Store**.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Upload creatives">
    Upload video (acceptable formats: MP4, WebM). The marketplace can define a maximum duration.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select placements/TVs">
    Select individual screens or filter by city/state to select groups of screens (for example, all TVs in California).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set campaign details">
    Enter the campaign name, dates, and budget, and select a wallet. A performance forecast (**impressions per day**) is shown so you can review expected delivery before launch.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit the campaign" />
</Steps>

## Approval Flow

Vendor-submitted campaigns require marketplace approval before they can run.

Marketplace users can approve or reject campaigns from **Ad Formats > In-Store > Approvals**.

## Reporting

Marketplace admins and self-service users can click a campaign to review its status and performance metrics, including **ad spend, impression prepay, and total reproductions** (the total number of times the ad has played).
