Vendors

Vendors are brands or other entities that can promote products in campaigns.

These campaigns are either managed by the vendor directly or by the marketplace for them.

Vendors and products

Products in a catalog always belong to one or more vendors. A vendor can only promote products that belong to it.

Consider the example below.

Vendors own many products

Here both vendors can promote SKU-790 in their campaigns. Whereas SKU-789 can only be promoted by VENDOR-1 and SKU-791 can only be promoted by VENDOR-2.
