Getting Access
-
Agencies - Demand Side
Agencies and brands gain access to a platform where they can create campaigns across multiple retailers. Agencies are organized into brand-category accounts. For example, Unilever has one account for “Unilever - Colombia - Home Care,” another for “Unilever - Colombia - Nutrition,” and another for “Unilever - Chile - Personal Care.” Each account has its own balance and metrics, and agencies can invite users at the agency level. For each account, the agency must define the currency, country, brands, and categories they can promote. With this information, Topsort maps marketplace products that match these filters and makes them available to the agency. The mapping happens in the Global Catalog. -
Retailers - Supply Side
Marketplaces need to integrate the catalog, auctions, and events using one of the methods covered in this documentation. Ideally, Topsort should receive all events, both sponsored and organic. Retailers currently have their dashboard where they can see if they are receiving demand from Toppie. They go over the regular integration process and can manage their vendors from there. Toppie campaigns compete with their own advertisers’ campaigns. They get access to aggregated metrics from Toppie.
