Topsort now supports OpenAI as an Offsite Ads channel. Advertisers can launch catalog-based product campaigns that reach shoppers during product discovery in ChatGPT and drive them back to the marketplace. Getting started takes just a few steps in Topsort. Marketplaces do not need to create an OpenAI Ads account or build a new OpenAI integration. Topsort handles account creation, the OpenAI connection, and catalog synchronization. Sellers use the existing Topsort Offsite workflow to select OpenAI, choose products, set campaign details, and launch.
