Catalog Health gives marketplaces a daily view of the quality of their product catalog, making it easier to identify and troubleshoot issues without manual analysis. Available from the Catalog Health tab under Catalog, it shows your live product count, overall catalog health, and health across four areas:
  • Completeness: Missing information such as brands, descriptions, images, links, prices, or GTINs
  • Structural integrity: Issues with category and vendor references
  • Informativeness: Product names and descriptions that may provide insufficient or low-quality information
  • Freshness: Products or feeds that have not been updated recently
Each area includes metrics showing affected products and a health score and grade, making it easy to identify where attention is needed. Catalog Health is automatically available to all Topsort clients. See the Catalog Health docs to learn more.
