We’ve added List Onsite Audiences functionality to provide admin users with comprehensive audience segment management capabilities. This feature enables admins to view, control, and manually create audience segments that can be used in onsite campaign targeting.

Audience Management Features

Segment Overview

  • Segment Name and ID - Clear identification for each audience segment
  • Audience Size - Current number of users in each segment
  • Creation Date - When the segment was first established
  • Last Updated - Most recent segment modification timestamp

Campaign Availability Control

  • Enable/Disable Toggle - Control which segments appear in campaign creation
  • Selective Targeting - Only show relevant segments to campaign creators
  • Business Logic Support - Hide seasonal or inactive segments when not needed

Manual Segment Management

  1. Access Audience Management - Navigate to the List Onsite Audiences interface in admin

  2. Review Existing Segments - View all available segments with size and date information

  3. Control Campaign Availability - Enable or disable segments for use in campaign creation

  4. Upload User Lists - Add custom user segments via file upload with opaqueUserIds

  5. Manage Segment Users - Add new users to existing segments or create new audience groups

File Upload Requirements

  • File Format - CSV files containing opaqueUserIds
  • User ID Matching - IDs must match those used in campaign targeting
  • Segment Options - Create new segments or append to existing ones
  • Validation - System validates user IDs and provides upload status feedback
